Description: The Mountain Cabin
Situated in the Tulbagh Wine Valley and at the foot of the Winterhoek Mountains, the Mountain Cabin is a beautiful self-catering wooden chalet for up to 5 people and offers a tranquil hideaway from city life. The chalet comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower. The main bedroom is located in the loft area and is furnished with a queen-size bed. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and is located on the ground floor. A three-quarter bed is available in a sleeping alcove above the living area for a fifth person. Situated on the ground floor, the second bathroom is equipped with a free-standing bath and a toilet. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The lounge is comfortably furnished and opens onto a wraparound terrace with outside dining area that offers uninterrupted views over the valley and mountains, and guests may also spot the Springbok and Rooihartbees on the farm.Guests can make use of the private thatched roof BBQ area, as well as the communal swimming pool. A private socialising area is also available down a footpath, and a small river runs past the cabin.The Mountain Cabin is situated 6 km from Wolseley, 15 km from Tulbagh, and 20 km from Ceres all of which offers various outdoor activities. Witzenberg also has a function venue with an outdoor swimming pool should the kids like to go for a swim.

The Bungalow
The Bungalow offers accommodation for up to 2 guests and consists of 1 bedroom with ensuite shower, toilet and basin, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and is beautifully furnished offering you everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Both the bedroom and the lounge have large stacking doors that open up from wall to wall onto a stunning terrace offering uninterrupted views over the Winterhook Mountains and the fields below where you will see springboks and zebras grazing.

There is a lovely BBQ area for guests to enjoy and a wood-burning fireplace for the winter evenings. The deck offers seating for dining and relaxing, and sun loungers for soaking up the sun.
