Visit Tulbagh’s fascinating Museums for a slice of history:
De Oude Kerk features a unique Cape furniture display. Music by the New Apostolic Orchestra and soloist Nic van Huyssteen at 13h00 on Saturday.

The Earthquake Exhibition at No.4 has a new interactive extension. Learn more about the devastating 1969 earthquake and how historic Church Street reappeared in its current restored Cape Dutch form.

House No.14 embodies a typical rural home during the Victorian era in Tulbagh. Enjoy different teas and a delectable selection of small cakes and pastries from the Victorian era at Aunty Anneline’s Teahouse, served by museum staff in period dress.  Art exhibition by "Susan Smuts and friends" (Art Route Tulbagh)

House No.22 depicts the earlier pioneer period of Tulbagh. Staff in period dress will be serving the food of the poor man in cold weather: snoek & patats, delicious home-made vegetable soup, traditional sweet-sourdough home-made bread and traditional ground coffee.
